摘要:本研究在新加坡南洋理工大学校园内搭建了六个生态实验地,包括三个潜流人工湿地和三个砂滤地(没有植物)。研究目的是比较化学需氧量、氮、总磷等在批量或持续运作下的去除效率。研究采用了两种统计模型,包括因子设计及其基本原理分析和二次多项式回归模型的方差分析,分析了三种因素即:有无植被的存在、运作模式(批量或者连续)以及水力停留时间对化学需氧量、氮、总磷去除效率的影响,旨在研究影响因素和污染物去除效率的关系,确定主要变量以及各主要变量与每个参数之间的相互影响。

Statistical Modeling of Batch Versus Continuous Feeding Strategies for Pollutant Removal by Tropical Subsurface Flow Constructed Wetlands

Abstract: In this study, six mesocosms, including three subsurface flow constructed wetlands (SSF CWs) and three sand filters (without plants) were set up at the campus of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. The objective of this study was to compare the removal efficiencies of chemical oxygen demand (COD), nitrogen (N) and total phosphorus (TP) under batch and continuous operational modes. Three factors, namely, with/without the presence of vegetation, operational modes (batch and continuous) and hydraulic residence time were investigated by two statistical models including factorial design and its rationale analysis and a quadratic polynomial regression model with ANOVA, to find the relationships between the contaminant removal efficiencies and the affecting factors, as well as to determine the dominant variables and how each of them interact for each parameter.
