摘要:本研究介绍了完全连续水文-水力模型框架在洪水风险图绘制中的应用及其成果检验。该模型的特点是利用长序列小时尺度降雨数据通过连续降雨产流模型获取研究完整的区域径流量时间序列,并将此作为二维水力学模型的输入数据。这种方法的优势在于可以有效避免了传统方法中由于应用设计雨型和设计洪水过程线而造成的大部分存在于分析过程中的主观性和不确定性。推荐方法可以有效优化目前仅能依靠经验模型的小型无资料地区的洪水风险分析。通过一个小型实例研究的结果可以证明,这种探索中的完全连续模型框架可以成为一种有效降低主观性干扰,实现洪水风险制图自动化的潜在解决方案。
Flood mapping in ungauged basins using fully continuous hydrologic–hydraulic modeling

Abstract:In this work, a fully-continuous hydrologic–hydraulic modeling framework for flood mapping is introduced and tested. It is characterized by a simulation of a long rainfall time series at sub-daily resolution that feeds a continuous rainfall–runoff model producing a discharge time series that is directly given as an input to a bi-dimensional hydraulic model. The main advantage of the proposed approach is to avoid the use of the design hyetograph and the design hydrograph that constitute the main source of subjective analysis and uncertainty for standard methods. The proposed procedure is optimized for small and ungauged watersheds where empirical models are commonly applied. Results of a simple real case study confirm that this experimental fully-continuous framework may pave the way for the implementation of a less subjective and potentially automated procedure for flood hazard mapping.
